Your room will be ready from 2 pm on your arrival day. On your departure day, we kindly ask you to vacate the room by 10 am.
If you plan to arrive after 7 pm, please let us know in advance.
Breakfast and a three-course dinner are included in the room rate. Tea and coffee are available free of charge in your room at any time. Furthermore, all guests of the Salzburger Stubn automatically receive the Salzburger Sportwelt Card upon arrival. This card grants you access to various free activities and numerous discounts in Kleinarl, Wagrain, Radstadt, Altenmarkt, and Eben.

In case of cancellation, the Austrian hotel regulations apply:
Free of charge up to 3 months before arrival,
Up to 1 month before the arrival date, 40% of the total arrangement price;
Up to 1 week before the arrival date, 70% of the total package price;
In the last week before the arrival date, 90% of the total package price.
In case of late arrival or early departure, we will have to charge the full price of the booked package – we appreciate your understanding. The place of jurisdiction is St. Johann im Pongau. If you do not wish to honor the agreed contract, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the deposit paid.

And should something happen and you are unable to begin your holiday, or you have to leave early: take advantage of travel insurance. You can book it when you make your reservation and pay for it with your deposit. We will take care of arranging the insurance for you. Your cancellation costs are covered for approximately 5% of the travel price.
We do not accept credit cards. You are welcome to pay in advance by bank transfer or in cash for your holiday.

Your bicycle will be safely stored in our lockable garage . A free ski depot is also available in the building for your ski equipment.
It's even more convenient right at the slopes: As our guest, you can store your skis free of charge in the ski depot at Intersport Hauser by the lift – so you can start your ski day in a completely relaxed manner.
You can park your car directly in front of the hotel (free of charge).
Next to Café Olympia (350 m) there is a public electric vehicle charging station .
You can bring your dog by prior arrangement and for an additional fee. Please send us this information along with your inquiry. A charge of €20 per day applies (excluding food). Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant area.
The family rooms offer plenty of space for the whole family. Furthermore, the Wagrain-Kleinarl region is known as a family destination. There is no children's entertainment program directly at the hotel. However, there are several playgrounds and other activities nearby.
