Terms and Conditions

The General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry 2006 apply.

 

Reservations are considered binding if we have received the specified deposit in our account no later than 3 weeks after the written booking confirmation.

The final invoice for the booked arrangement is payable on site in cash or by bank transfer in advance. The amount of the deposit paid, which has been received in our account, will of course be credited to the invoice.

Cancellations

In case of cancellation, the Austrian hotel regulations apply:

• Free of charge up to 3 months before arrival,

• Up to 1 month before the arrival date, 40% of the total arrangement price;

• Up to 1 week before the arrival date, 70% of the total package price;

• In the last week before the arrival date, 90% of the total package price.

 

In case of late arrival or early departure, we will have to charge the full price of the booked package – we appreciate your understanding. The place of jurisdiction is St. Johann im Pongau. If you do not wish to honor the agreed contract, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the deposit paid.

 

Prices are subject to change. The booking confirmation is valid.

 

If you do not wish to comply with the agreed contract, you will pay a cancellation fee equal to the deposit paid.

And should something happen and you are unable to begin your holiday, or you have to leave early: take advantage of travel insurance. You can book it when you make your reservation and pay for it with your deposit. We will take care of arranging the insurance for you. Your cancellation costs are covered for approximately 5% of the travel price.
